Cancellation Terms

We understand that circumstances can change. Here's our cancellation policy:

• Before Course Start: Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the cohort start date (January 10, 2026).
• Within First Week: 50% refund if you cancel within the first week of the program.
• After First Week: No refund will be provided after the first week of the program.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us at helpcareerwithvasanth@gmail.com with your registration details.

Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us. We'll work together to find a suitable solution, which may include deferring your enrollment to the next cohort.

Course Enrollment

• Enrollment is limited to 25 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participants must pass the selection process (online test and interview) to be eligible for enrollment.
• The course fee is ₹20,000 INR, payable in two installments of ₹10,000 each.

Attendance & Participation

• Live sessions are held every weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 2 hours each).
• While attendance is not mandatory, active participation is strongly encouraged for maximum benefit.
• All sessions are recorded and available for lifetime access.

Payment Terms

• First installment (₹10,000) is due upon enrollment confirmation.
• Second installment (₹10,000) is due at the start of the second month.
• Failure to pay the second installment may result in restricted access to course materials.

Intellectual Property

• All course materials, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of CareerWithVasanth.
• Participants are granted personal, non-transferable access to course materials.
• Sharing or distributing course materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

This is not a placement guarantee program. While we provide placement support and guidance, job placement depends on individual effort, market conditions, and company requirements. We do not guarantee specific salary outcomes or job offers.
